*Enterprise Data Analyst
Zurich (Schaumburg, IL) seeks an Enterprise Data Analyst responsible for analyzing complex enterprise data and developing analytical data assets and insights that support business decision making across multiple functional areas. Specific duties include: evaluating, structuring, and interpreting large and diverse data sets to enable accurate reporting, strategic analysis, and operational insights; collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into data driven solutions while ensuring data quality, consistency, and long term usability; analyzing complex and large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights that support business and strategic decision-making; designing, developing, and maintaining analysis-ready data assets by integrating, validating, and organizing data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, reliability, and usability; translating complex business requirements into analytical approaches and data solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver meaningful insights; developing and delivering data-driven analytical solutions, including reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs, to address business problems and support enterprise initiatives; performing data evaluations, profiling, and quality assessments to ensure data completeness, consistency, and integrity, and recommending improvements to analytical processes; documenting data sources, analytical methodologies, assumptions, and findings to support transparency, knowledge transfer, and long-term maintenance of analytical assets; supporting the enhancement of enterprise analytical capabilities by applying appropriate analytical methods and adapting solutions to evolving business needs; collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile or iterative work environment to plan, prioritize, and deliver analytical work effectively. Option to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Business Intelligence Architect, Senior IT Consultant, Senior Associate, AI Engineer, Data Engineer or similar position responsible analyzing enterprise data and developing analytical data assets and insights. Must have 5 years of experience with each of the following: translating complex business requirements into technical and analytical solutions; using analytical programming tools such as Python, including pandas and NumPy, and SQL based analytics; using SQL for data extraction and transformation; using business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query; performing deep dive data analysis and data profiling; translating raw data into actionable insights and reports; performing data cleaning and transformation; and developing and applying ETL solutions using enterprise data integration tools.
